Horseback Archery Prep Course
Witherslack Hall Equestrian Centre Witherslack Hall Farm, Grange-Over-Sands, United KingdomOur 5 week Horseback Archery Course. During this course you will learn: How to shoot safely and correctly How to be safe on an archery range The basics of mounted archery, shooting at walk, trot or even canter! No previous archery experience needed and all archery equipment is provided. Riders must have some riding experience and be capable of riding at least at a walk. All tuition is with our British Horseback Archery Association Approved Coach, Emily. Course cost: £250 (members of our riding club receive 10% off this course)

EQL 1 Horse Care & Riding Course
Witherslack Hall Equestrian Centre Witherslack Hall Farm, Grange-Over-Sands, United KingdomEQL Level 1 Diploma in Work Based Horse Care This qualification has been developed by the equine industry to replace NVQ Level 1 in Horse Care for the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), and has been developed from the equine National Occupational Standards. This qualification is available to candidates over the age of 14 years and specifically aimed at those between the age of 14–19 years. Candidates over the age of 19 years may be looking to retrain and develop basic skills in horse care to provide an alternative career. Our Young Equestrians meet once a month, getting involved in activities like Horseback Archery, Horse Agility and Drill Teams. We also have a social meet once a month, cinema, BBQ's and more!
